The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

G.M. Ryan replaced P.A. Harnett on Isle Of Capri, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien (Race 1)(intended mount a non runner).

244A Tote Guarantee Never Irish EBF (F) M'dn

N.M. Crosse, rider of Brooq, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right throughout.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Isle Of Capri, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slightly hampered leaving the starting stalls. Having reviewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

L.T. McAteer, rider of Voyage Of Survival, trained by Alan McIntyre, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed where Long Haired Lady, ridden by R.P. Cleary, slipped up on the flat while rounding the first bend. Having considered the matter, they were satisfied that Long Haired Lady had sustained an injury and fallen independently and that no further action was warranted.

P.A. Harnett, rider of Phoenix Pairc, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he took a check before the turn out of the back straight. Having reviewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

244D Bet With Tote Irish EBF Vinnie Roe Stks

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Abbotsford (GB), trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Highwayman (FR), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around when he hit the front.

244E Money Back Daily Specials With Tote Hcap

The Raceday Stewards informed W. McCreery trainer of Party Dress, that his charge would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from H.Rogers, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Cooley's Mist, placed second, as compared with its previous run at Galway on the 31st of July when beaten by more than 80 lengths. H.Rogers reported that his charge was hampered and did not handle the ground at Galway, and felt today's more favourable ground conditions and a clear run may have brought about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards noted the content.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Ben Hur, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right off the bend and up the home straight.

B.M. Coen, rider of Darius Dark, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left under pressure.

244G Dublin To Bahrain (Fillies) H'cap

C.D. Hayes, rider of Tachos, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned right in the home straight.
